Life goes on… in Amsterdam!

Rebecca is still alive, haha… life without Internet is really killing me sometimes, but well, that’s part and parcel of life, things will not always happen like the way we plan…
Just want to share some pictures of my classmates here this time. I have got a rather close friend from the class, her name is Michelle, she comes from Ecuador. We have many things in comman, except that I am older and married and she is not, haha… She studies Psychology as well, and like me, quite a high achiever (academically). Lately we have been doing a lot of window shopping together (after school), she was at my place and I went to her as well. Since she can’t really speak English and I don’t speak Spanish, we are glad that together we speak only German, the best way to improve our language (sometimes we just use body language, much easier, hahaha).
                               



Vik is getting busy with his job now. He has to travel outstation quite often (actually not really that often, in average one week in a month, but still for me that is considered quite a lot). So sometimes I am alone at home, without Internet, you can imagine how bored I felt… Luckily I can call my parents, else I will really go nuts…
New appartment is furnishing up gradually. I have my new kitchen already (special thanks to my lovely father-in-law, he is really cool in drilling holes, sawing woods etc…). In bedroom we got ourselves a huge bed and huge wardrobe from IKEA. Vik is basically broke now, last month’s expenses were extremely horrible… But he is happy, and so do I, finally we have our own cozy little place - A Place Called Home… :p  (pictures are not here in this pc, so next time ya…)
