Life goes on… in Amsterdam!

I flew to Barcelona last Thursday, it was fun to be able to visit the second largest city in Spain, which also lies along the Mediterranean Coast. Together with Vik, we have seen some famous tourist attractions, tried the local food, felt the warmth of the local people, enjoyed the sun and most importantly - robbed by the local handbag snatchers! Yea, you can believe your eyes, and it is no joke.
I don’t feel like sharing the details here, I can only say that our camera is gone, but passport, purse and wallet are all safe. Thank God we are not hurt, and still have a mobile camera with us, so managed to take some pictures the days after. Somehow I think the snatchers will be very disappointed to see the content in my handbag, hahaha…

Vik and I were invited to Mischa’s Silvester Party. It was fun, but not too meaningful for us both, somehow… We had ‘Raclette’ (a kind of German BBQ, see pics below) and around midnight we were on the street, shooting fireworks everywhere like everyone else. People here are really CRAZY!!! I think I missed my family and friends back home that night… Well, I’ll be home soon! :p  Muaks!
